HR Data Analyst
reputed company is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their reputed company. The role focuses on collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to enhance workforce efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and reputed company checks on employee and workforce data, collaborating with HRSS, Payroll, Benefits, and reputed company teams to correct inaccuracies
- Review processes and recommend improvements to ensure accurate data for reporting and analysis
- reputed company initial analysis and answers to data-reputed company inquiries
- Assist in preparing and troubleshooting reputed company HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, reputed company metrics)
- Create dashboards and visualizations to support HR and business leaders
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field or equivalent experience
