[Remote] Instructional Designer

They are seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning materials for their sales teams and other departments, enhancing skills and knowledge through innovative instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, playbooks and assessments
• reputed company our tools and feedback, you’ll own training content, proactively reviewing, maintaining up-to-date and centralized documentation, ensuring regular review cycles, and notification/archiving processes to ensure content is reputed company, relevant, effective and easily accessible
• Create content that is reputed company with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• reputed company interactive and visual content using various authoring tools and software
• Serve as the LMS Administrator by managing the database and supporting users with common questions or feedback
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials through feedback and performance metrics

• 1-2 years of Sales Enablement Instructional Design experience
