Member Service Representative (18-Month Contract)

GroupSource LP is a company dedicated to delivering exceptional service in group benefit plans. As a Member Service Representative, you will ensure that members feel supported and informed, providing accurate information and solving problems to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding to members and providers reputed company phone and email with accurate and reputed company information
• Assisting members with claims and coverage inquiries with professionalism and care
• Investigating reputed company inquiries to ensure responses are complete, accurate, and reputed company SLA timelines
• Processing health and dental claims with accuracy and attention to detail
• Managing incoming inquiries from internal staff and sales offices
• Filing correspondence and claims to maintain thorough and organized records
• Supporting team reputed company by auditing your own claims and, reputed company required, the work of team members

Skills

• Completion of, or near completion of, a post-secondary education program
• Strong data-entry abilities with number-pad proficiency
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reputed company with strong listening abilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a repetitive, fast-paced workload
• Ability to remain composed and solution-reputed company during difficult or escalated calls
• Ability to process and audit claims with accuracy
• 1–2 years of experience in a reputed company centre, medical office, or group benefits environment
• Training in business writing
