reputed company is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant to join their team in Kansas reputed company, KS. In this hybrid role, you will engage with customers by promoting insurance products, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service while driving sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls coming into our reputed company center by positively promoting reputed company products to prospective customers
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and sell those products which best fit the customer’s needs
• reputed company outbound calls to optimize sales potential
• reputed company exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate reputed company
• Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
• Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals
