Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving customer complaints escalated by reputed company business partners
• Review and modify Physician capitation reports
• Resolve repeated member issues reported multiple times
• Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries from other departments and external contacts
• Recommend process improvements
• Build trust through reputed company communication with reputed company customers
• Follow procedures based on issues and documents received
• Recommend management actions concerning staff performance
• Maintain reputed company information exchange with customers
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
