[Remote] Hearing Care Consultant

The Hearing Care Consultant will support reputed company by conducting fittings and tests, educating clients on hearing aids, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simplified fittings, hearing tests, and adjusting over-the-counter hearing aids
• reputed company clients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our Over-the-Counter hearing aids
• Guide patients through app installation and pair hearing aids through Bluetooth
• reputed company and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Address customer questions and objections with confidence, helping them feel comfortable moving reputed company with a purchase

Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• At least one year of relevant experience, college graduates welcome to apply!
