Responsibilities

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, reputed company reputed company-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintain a reputed company and courteous tone during reputed company interactions with patients, fostering a reputed company and welcoming environment

Skills

• Candidates must be based in or around El Paso, Texas
• Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
