[Remote] Mortgage Sales Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Entry level Mortgage Recruiter to play a key role in building their sales talent pipeline. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle reputed company process, sourcing, screening, and hiring for Purchase Coordinator and Mortgage License Trainee roles while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
• Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and reputed company reputed company candidates
• Initiates contact with possibly reputed company candidates for specific reputed company
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and provides that information to the hiring manager
• Informs candidates about the organization and position
• Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
• Utilizes internet online reputed company sources such as reputed company, reputed company, etc., to identify and recruit candidates
• Provides information on company facilities and other job opportunities to potential applicants as needed
• Coordinates communications between hiring managers and applicants
• Files and maintains employment records for reputed company references
• Contacts candidates’ references to verify authenticity of information provided by candidates
• Enters notes and applicant information into Applicant Tracking System on a daily reputed company
• Works full time and additional hours as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working as a Recruiter with a proven reputed company record/history, specifically with high volume roles
• Advanced knowledge of and experience working in full cycle recruitment
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with using multiple internet reputed company sites to network and recruit
• Proactive approach to reputed company and experience building talent pools/talent communities
• Proven reputed company cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
• reputed company or previous mortgage sales or operations experience
• Knowledge of the mortgage loan origination process (refinance and new home purchase)
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of reputed company practices/policies reputed company to the new hire process
• Must be reputed company to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
