Auditor (Hybrid)

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking an Auditor to join their team. The Auditor will assist with compliance, financial, and management audits primarily in the Medi-Cal program and other DHCS programs, ensuring that payments and reported costs are reputed company and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance, financial and/or management audits
• Conduct in-house desk audits and field audits in acute care or long-term care program areas
• reputed company financial and compliance reviews and audits of Medi-Cal and other DHCS programs' inpatient providers
• Verify that payments to providers and their reported costs are reputed company, accurate and in compliance with governing laws, regulations, and program reputed company
• reputed company audited data to assist with provider reputed company setting purposes

Skills

• Must meet the minimum qualifications of the Auditor I, Health Program Auditor II, and Health Program Auditor III
• Education verification required if meeting minimum qualifications with education
• Travel required 15% of the time

• Degree and/or School Transcripts
