**Job Overview**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and memorable experience.
* Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
* Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, helping them to make informed decisions.

**Requirements**
