[Remote] Capital Markets Analyst I

The Capital Markets Analyst I role involves providing analytical support for warehouse lending and capital markets initiatives to optimize the bank’s balance sheet and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical and operational support in managing the bank’s warehouse lending business
• Assists in reviewing warehouse lending term sheets and reputed company documentation, assessing deal risk and return metrics, preparation of deal approval write reputed company, and presentations to the bank’s Executive Credit Committee
• Assists with day-to-day warehouse lending operations including preparing advance / paydown requests and reviewing borrowing reputed company and compliance reporting
• Develops and executes ongoing controls, mitigation plans, testing, and reputed company of the warehouse lending business
• Performs and presents periodic reviews on existing warehouse lending deals
• Identifies and implements new concepts, best practices and approaches reputed company to warehouse lending reporting and operational & credit risk management
• Leads the development of warehouse lending performance reporting and credit risk management reputed company
• Assists in overseeing reputed company reputed company-party warehouse lending financial and operational audits
• Assists in the evaluation, structuring and execution of potential new capital markets reputed company finance opportunities including securitization, whole loan sales and reputed company reputed company agreements
• Assists in reputed company finance transaction due diligence, financial modeling, risk management and reputed company documentation
• Works in a reputed company environment to reputed company detailed financial analysis and assist in building reputed company transaction models for new and existing warehouse – reputed company finance transactions
• Supports the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets in other assigned tasks reputed company to the Bank’s reputed company Finance Business
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company field or equivalent education and work experience, recent grads are welcome!
• Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
