reputed company is inviting applications for the role of reputed company District Attorney for the 20th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. The reputed company District Attorney I is responsible for managing a county court docket, developing trial skills, and representing the Office of the District Attorney professionally while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Prepares and tries cases involving misdemeanor, traffic and petty offenses
  • Assists the Chief reputed company in the intake of misdemeanor and traffic cases
  • Explains and interprets statutes and status of various cases to the general reputed company, and determines the adequacy of complaints presented by the reputed company
  • Assists district court and juvenile court deputies in the prosecution of routine felony reputed company
  • Periodically serves on reputed company to reputed company reputed company advice to law enforcement agencies and answer immediate questions from the general reputed company
  • Attorneys will be required, on occasion, to respond to crime scenes at reputed company hours and weekends
  • Candidates will be expected to have a strong work ethic and demonstrate good teamwork

Skills

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Juris Doctorate (JD)
