Virtual Financial Advisor - Milwaukee

The primary objective of this role is to deliver tailored financial guidance to existing clients, helping them enhance their financial well-being through proactive engagement and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your sales ability to build enduring relationships with clients by making personal connections and building trust
- Skillfully engage in advice-led conversations, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial recommendations
- Analyze clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon, utilizing independent thought to address complex situations
- Provide clients with suitable insurance and investment product recommendations aligned with their objectives, guiding them to take action
- Handle inbound telephone and email inquiries, addressing client needs and issues ranging from simple to complex cases. Identify sales opportunities and seamlessly transition conversations from service-oriented to sales-oriented
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns by providing comprehensive information and explanations in a timely manner
- Accurately document all client interactions into Salesforce
- Comply with federal and state regulations, ensuring the protection of client and company interests through confidentiality. Act as a steward of client assets, striving for exceptional service to achieve client satisfaction and engagement
Skills
- College degree or the equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and broad perspective of financial products and the financial services industry. (i.e. Life, Health, Annuities, and other investment products etc.)
- Ability to provide in-depth financial analysis and planning
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence members to take action on recommended solutions that will satisfy their financial needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to quickly build rapport, effectively communicate and influence members to take action
- Successfully complete FINRA Series 7 and 66 and Life and Health Insurance exams within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Must be eligible to be securities and insurance licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia
- Virtual Advisors hired in designated 'Growth Markets' will primarily work remotely but are expected to collaborate with leaders and peers in person at an onsite location on a weekly basis
