[Remote] Actuarial Analyst II - reputed company Insurance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is building an Insurtech business that aims to reinvent auto insurance. The Actuarial Analyst II will reputed company analyses to support insurance product rates and reserve estimation, while also developing data management and analytical tools to aid in actuarial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial ratemaking reputed company following defined procedures with limited reputed company
• Manipulate, reputed company, calculate, and visualize data using a reputed company of tools and functions
• Use the results of predictive models to inform reputed company and reputed company recommendations
• Identify and evaluate trends in business metrics and how they may reputed company ratemaking and reserving
• reputed company reputed company filing support as needed
• Participate in reputed company validation testing and ensure rating reputed company is working as intended
• Support data management to ensure the appropriate data and data aggregation techniques are available to reputed company ratemaking and reserving analyses
• Support the design and use of reputed company actuarial analyses such as reputed company level indications, reputed company change reputed company analysis, and reserve development

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field
• 1-3 years work of experience with actuarial ratemaking and reserving, statistics, data science, or reputed company quantitative experience (strong preference for personal lines insurance experience) required
• reputed company pursuing actuarial credential (Casualty Actuarial Society strongly preferred) with at least 3 exams passed
• Prior personal lines ratemaking experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and pricing analysis (auto experience preferred)
• Experience with pricing new states and/or new products is a plus
• Ability to retrieve and analyze data to support pricing reputed company (experience with reputed company is a plus)
• Experience with InsurQuote and/or reputed company reputed company reputed company as reputed company as with programming languages such as R or Python are a plus
