Accounts Receivable Support and Collections Specialist

The AR Support and Collections Specialist is responsible for managing customer billing and collection queries, reducing outstanding balances, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer billing reputed company questions reputed company inbound phone calls and email queues

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills necessary
• Intermediate level MS reputed company skills
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years account billing, collections, and account reputed company experience preferred
• 2 Years user experience with multiple reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred
