Associate Technical Sales & Solutions Engineer, East

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for installing systems, training operators, and supporting go-lives while contributing to site surveys and reputed company-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute full system installations, including site preparation, equipment setup, configuration, and validation to Evolv standards
• Deliver operator and administrator training tailored to customer verticals, ensuring smooth adoption and confidence in system use
• reputed company on-site support during initial live operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and confirm readiness before reputed company
• Willingness to travel extensively, with over 70% of time spent on the road, typically involving 3–5 days away from home per week
• Expect some nights and weekends, as many customers operate during peak event times
• Ability to lift and position proprietary equipment, using safety gear and trained techniques for reputed company handling. Tasks include onloading/offloading equipment from trucks, utilizing liftgates, and rolling systems into placement
• Capability to stand and reputed company physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Certain events may require 12–15 hour shifts, with appropriate meal and rest breaks
