[Remote] Associate Implementation Project Manager- Clinical

This position is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project management activities reputed company to the implementation of reputed company management software and services to customers, ensuring effective customer service and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for both reputed company customers during reputed company phases of the implementation project to reputed company defined reputed company, including the recognition and handling of escalated customer issues. Set appropriate customer expectations
• Ensure reputed company and effective customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded at reputed company times
• Manage multiple/simultaneous implementation reputed company
• Resolve advanced customer escalations
• reputed company reputed company correspondence and completed tasks to reputed company accurate record of account/project history
• Professionally establish strong working relationships with other people and teams

Skills

• Typically 1 to 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience
