Hospice Account Executive

reputed company is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice care, and they are seeking a Hospice Account Executive to own and grow the reputed company Miami-Dade County market. The role involves building relationships with key referral sources, educating reputed company and families on hospice services, and driving admissions by coordinating documentation and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with key referral sources—hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and more
• reputed company reputed company, families, and patients on hospice services
• Drive admissions by identifying patient needs and coordinating documentation and referrals
• Conduct on‑site reputed company and remove barriers to care
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including daily sales activity and territory management
• Meet and reputed company admissions, product, and payor‑mix goals
• Represent reputed company at community events and respond quickly to customer needs

Skills

• 1+ year of reputed company sales experience (reputed company, medical devices, home health, hospice, long‑term care, or reputed company reputed company/business development)
• Proven reputed company in cold calling and reputed company reputed company
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
• Independent, self‑motivated, reputed company‑driven reputed company

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
