The role involves responding to customer concerns, understanding policies, and documenting reputed company details.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with reputed company responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or reputed company established performance requirements
• Document reputed company authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses
• Other duties as required

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate reputed company telephone system
• Must be reputed company to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
• Be eligible to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company (if based in the U.S.)
• Successfully pass a reputed company-employment drug screen
