Part Time Customer Service Representative
Transdev is a leader in mobility solutions, operating across various sectors in the U.S. They are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for internal and external customers, providing assistance and addressing inquiries. The role involves responding to customer concerns, understanding policies, and documenting trip details.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses
- Other duties as required
Skills
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate standard telephone system
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
