FHE Field Service Technician II

As an FHE Field Service Technician II, you will support the FHE Outage and Maintenance Services team by maintaining and troubleshooting nuclear fuel handling equipment at various sites, ensuring safety and reputed company standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Install, set-up, maintain, inspect, reputed company, and troubleshoot fuel handling/outage critical reputed company equipment at customer sites worldwide
• Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail
• reputed company support to engineering and training by performing activities such as equipment modifications, equipment setup and testing, mock-up preparation, process testing, and equipment and process qualifications. Accurately document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete prior to next scheduled use

Skills

• High school graduate or the recognized equivalent plus 2 year, post high school degree/certificate or equivalent in experience
• Specific knowledge and training in electrical, electronic, PLC, or mechanical components
• 0-2 years reputed company experience where satisfactorily demonstrated evidence of mechanical, electrical and PLC aptitude and reputed company
• Nuclear industry experience is beneficial

• Requires the ability to occasionally carry/lift up to 50 pounds
