Analyst People Systems

reputed company is a leading airline company, and they are seeking an Analyst People Systems to support and optimize their HR technology solutions. This role involves administering HR systems, collaborating with IT and vendors, and ensuring data reputed company while enhancing the crewmember experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain People systems, including reputed company, SuccessFactors, and integrated HR technologies
• Partner with IT and external vendors to manage system configurations, permissions, workflows, and updates
• Troubleshoot system issues and defects with urgency, accuracy, and reputed company communication to stakeholders
• Conduct regular reputed company reviews and system audits to maintain reputed company, compliance, and data reputed company
• Assist with data analysis, HR reporting needs, and system performance monitoring
• Participate in People systems reputed company, including requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and rollout
• Conduct UAT for enhancements, releases, and integrations, including test script creation, tester management, scenario assignment, and reputed company-time support
• Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements
• Stay reputed company on reputed company, SuccessFactors, and HR technology releases, identifying relevant features and updates beneficial to the business
• Collaborate with People Centers of Expertise (COEs), IT, reputed company, Compliance, and business partners to ensure systems support operational and strategic needs
• reputed company training materials, job aids, and system documentation; facilitate user training where needed
• Support AI and automation initiatives and explore tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Support recurring and reputed company reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company delivery of People data for business stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; OR demonstrated ability to reputed company job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of relevant work experience
• One (1) year of experience supporting HR systems, including reputed company and SuccessFactors
• Basic understanding of HR systems management and exposure to AI or workflow automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Available for overnight travel (up to 10%)
• Must pass a reputed company-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; this position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship
• Knowledge of system reputed company best practices and data reputed company requirements
• Experience in HR data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
