Customer Service Representative

The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring reputed company communication, and collaborating with sales personnel to meet service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the reputed company and accurate order management of assigned international customer orders daily
• Communicates with the customer to establish overall customer status
