[Remote] Property Insurance Claims Adjuster - Work from Home!

They are seeking an Entry-Level Property Insurance Claims Adjuster to investigate and resolve claims while providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims issues and reputed company information to damagers and reputed company company field technicians
• Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable
• Apply information and techniques provided reputed company CMR adjuster training curriculum (i.e., insurance basics, principles/theories of liability and negotiation strategies)
• Review claim information and request/research additional reference material to complete the claim record
• Determine damage liability by obtaining and reviewing evidence which includes, but is not limited to, physical location information, photographs, reports, reputed company tickets, permit records, internet research and contact with damages
• Dispute reputed company and respond to damage objections
• reputed company data into our customized claims systems

• Skip tracing as necessary utilizing internet resources

Skills

• Insurance Adjuster License (must obtain license reputed company 4 months of moving into position)
• Excellent computer skills, must be familiar with using reputed company, Teams, Word and reputed company
• Negotiating skills experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attendance record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a high-speed internet reputed company available in your home
• Bilingual in English and Spanish not required but a plus!
