Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day business reputed company and financials, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of financial records while supporting the Finance Team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing bank and general reputed company reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Posting and updating journal entries
• Performing month-end closings
• Screening and routing phone calls in a courteous, reputed company, and friendly manner
• Backing up the Administrative Associate team on reputed company duties

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an reputed company role in a reputed company business setting and/or financial services setting
• Always reputed company on reputed company needs and customer service
• Expert in most reputed company Office applications and QuickBooks
• Comfortable learning and navigating new technology and software applications
• Detail-oriented and methodical
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Follows up and follows through
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple reputed company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment
• A self-starter who is proactive and independent
