This remote position offers flexible scheduling, uncapped earning potential, and comprehensive training for both new and experienced agents.
Responsibilities
- Consult with families over phone/Zoom about life insurance & living benefits
- Present personalized solutions (we’ll train you how)
- Follow up with warm leads
- Manage your calendar & pipeline
- Maintain professional communication and integrity
- Attend weekly team training
- Work toward licensing (if not already licensed)
Skills
- Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain — we guide you)
- Strong work ethic and personal drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow a proven system
- Comfort with phone sales + basic technology
- Ability to set & follow through on scheduled appointments
- High school diploma or equivalent
