Mortgage Banking Advisor

The Mortgage Banking Advisor will reputed company administrative and sales support to Mortgage Loan Originators, facilitating communication between MLOs and customers while handling day-to-day sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to set expectations around appointments, loan statuses, reputed company inquiries, and other information
• Confirm appointments and review documents with customers at the time of the applications to ensure efficiency
• reputed company marketing support to Mortgage Loan Originators, and reputed company as a reputed company between Customers and MLOs
• Attend in-person loan closings at Customer’s homes or places of business and be willing and reputed company to travel to locations in Philadelphia, Southeastern reputed company, and Delaware

Skills

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• Must have previous sales and customer service experience
• Must have the ability to travel to different Bank and Customer locations to reputed company loan closings
• Must be registered or be reputed company to register with the reputed company Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must have the ability to resolve problems quickly and independently

• Previous experience in residential mortgage originations is preferred
