Product Support Specialist
Bathing Brands is a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments. They are searching for a Product Support Specialist who will provide technical phone support to clients ranging from homeowners to large commercial jobs, assisting them in completing their projects while representing the brand.
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience with one or many technical areas, or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized with good memory
- Great computer skills (primarily MS Office)
