**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering incoming requests, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our sales and healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers. **Responsibilities**
* Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to their needs in a timely and effective manner
* Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's specifications and standardized processes
* Interpret and explain detailed information of processes and procedures to customers and internal stakeholders
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization
* Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
* Provide support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time
**Requirements**
* Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
* Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
* At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
* Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
* Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Genesys (preferred)

**Compensation and Benefits**
