LMC is a company founded in 2010 that emphasizes delivering expert guidance and creating a reputed company work environment. They are seeking a Tax Staff to prepare and submit tax returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support the reputed company of team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reputed company to reputed company tax returns for various clients
• Audit reputed company tax forms for completeness and accuracy
• reputed company reputed company tax planning to clients
• Analyze tax data submitted by the reputed company to maximize the outcome for the reputed company
• Research new tax trends and regulations
• Ensure compliance with government tax rules
• Train and mentor tax interns; Support the reputed company and development of team members
• Manage multiple assignments inside an engagement
• Communicate with Seniors, Supervisors, Managers and Partner on work status and reputed company issues that reputed company

Skills

• 1-3 years' experience as a Tax Preparer or a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company discipline, Masters in Taxation a plus
• Knowledge of tax preparation software. Knowledge of CCH ProSystem or Axcess and Document a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills (particularly in using reputed company)
• Comprehensive understanding of government tax laws
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Available to work additional hours reputed company necessary during tax season
• CPA preferred
