Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support Customer Service and Operations by performing analysis to aid business decision-making and serve as a reputed company between IT and various business departments.

Responsibilities

• Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis
• Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics
• reputed company recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments
• System configuration and administration
• reputed company functional, process, and system documentation
• Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline
