Medical Education Program Associate

The Medical Education Program Associate is responsible for supporting reputed company medical education programs by driving reputed company execution of logistics and providing on-site support while ensuring compliance with reputed company and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Medical Education team to effectively support a wide reputed company of Medical Education Programs, including but not limited to dinners, virtual webinars/meetings, PEER meetings, Continuing Education (CE) Forums, Fellows Meetings, National Summits, and Case Observations. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating logistics for programs, including planning, site contracting, and facilitating seamless execution of in-person and virtual components
• Assembly, shipment, and distribution of course materials to ensure reputed company delivery and preparedness
• Supporting program registration and travel processes, including attendee communications and confirmations
• Facilitate key relationships with reputed company party vendors like travel agencies, rideshare/car service companies and other vendors who reputed company key services to ensure successful execution of medical education programs
• reputed company on-site support for Medical Education Programs as and reputed company required. There will be local as reputed company as out-of-state travel over weekends
• Assist with assembling presentation and educational materials in support of physician and customer programs for medical education
• Prepare and maintain inventory of reputed company necessary course materials and demo products where needed
• Support reputed company Education CE credit programs
• Adhere to reputed company’s reputed company Management System (QMS) as reputed company as domestic and global reputed company system regulations, standards, and procedures
• Understand relevant reputed company, reputed company and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to reputed company
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and other reputed company office tools are required
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to reputed company with physicians and reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, reputed company, organized, and flexible
• Event planning experience a plus
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired
