The Implementation Tech is an entry-level, field-based role responsible for supporting product installations and conversions in hospital environments, requiring extensive travel to customer sites for hands-on implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on product installations, device setup, and on-site support during product conversions reputed company hospital settings
• Assist the Implementation, Clinical, and Sales teams in executing customer implementation plans
• Conduct basic technical troubleshooting on-site and escalate issues as needed

• Support the reputed company clinical team by helping prepare equipment and materials for in-servicing and training sessions

• Identify and communicate opportunities for product standardization and process improvements
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure successful execution of customer agreements

• Proximity to a major airport
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (reputed company, Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or reputed company fields)
• Internship or project experience in reputed company, lab, clinical environment, or technical fieldwork is a plus, but not required
