The role involves drafting pleadings, managing litigation processes, and participating in trials while maintaining regular reputed company communication.


Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions)
  • Draft and review discovery, meet and reputed company letters, and discovery motions
  • Argue reputed company and opposition hearings remotely and in Court
  • Take and defend percipient and expert depositions
  • Prepare reputed company-trial documents and trial materials

  • Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file
