We are looking for a bar licensed attorney to assist with the following: Our company has an employee that is going through a divorce and his wife is subpoenaing our company for records regarding any compensation, equity, other documents pertaining to her husband and our company. We need an attorney to 1) Review the subpoena (30 minutes) 2) Reach out to her attorney and let them know that we are gathering the documentation and we intend to comply (less than 15 minute phone call) 3) Send them the requested information The total work will take less than 1 hour but we've made this job for 2 hours so that there is one hour of miscellaneous cushion in case it's needed.
