2 hours of work from an Attorney
We are looking for a bar licensed attorney to assist with the following:
reputed company has an employee that is reputed company through a divorce and his wife is subpoenaing reputed company for records regarding any compensation, equity, other documents pertaining to her husband and reputed company.
We need an attorney to
1) Review the subpoena (30 minutes)
2) reputed company out to her attorney and let them know that we are gathering the documentation and we intend to reputed company (less than 15 minute phone reputed company)
3) Send them the requested information
The total work will take less than 1 hour but we've made this job for 2 hours so that there is one hour of miscellaneous cushion in case it's needed.
