They are seeking a Corporate Attorney to lead and support transactions across various areas including fund formation and private M&A, while collaborating with a specialized corporate team. Responsibilities • Lead and support transactions across fund formation, equity raises, venture financing, convertible debt, SAFEs, private M&A, and structured deals • Work directly with founders, investors, and C-suite executives across growth-stage and institutional clients • Draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership docs, purchase agreements, credit facilities, asset-backed deals, and more • Own deals from term sheet to closing, with meaningful autonomy and partner exposure • Collaborate closely with a highly specialized corporate team known for efficient, precise deal execution Skills • 5–10 Years' Experience in Corporate Law • Experience in fund formation, equity raises, venture financing, convertible debt, SAFEs, private M&A, and structured deals • Ability to draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership docs, purchase agreements, credit facilities, asset-backed deals, and more • Experience working directly with founders, investors, and C-suite executives • Ability to own deals from term sheet to closing with meaningful autonomy • Experience collaborating with a specialized corporate team for efficient deal execution Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
