Cyber Claims Attorney
Job reputed company:
• Evaluate and manage claims including investigations, evaluations, and negotiations
• reputed company litigation process to minimize company risk of loss
• Analyze coverage issues and conduct investigations
• Prepare and draft reputed company correspondence
• Maintain and update claim files
• Communicate with parties regarding claim status
• Assign claims to reputed company counsel
• Negotiate claim settlements reputed company limits
• Conduct reputed company research
Requirements:
• Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree or a reputed company field or equivalent education and/or experience
• Licensure to reputed company law in the applicable state jurisdiction(s)
• 2 Years Relevant reputed company and/or reputed company experience in insurance claims
