Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. twentyAI is a fast-growing Acumatica VAR seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead ERP projects for SMBs in various sectors. The role involves full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, client training, and managing multiple projects to ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities • Full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support • Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions • Configure Acumatica modules (Financials, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs • Provide client training, user adoption support, and documentation for implemented solutions • Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and ISV add-ons • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices in ERP strategy and process improvements Skills • Acumatica implementation experience • Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in multiple Acumatica modules • Strong understanding of accounting, distribution, or manufacturing business processes • Experience with data migration, integrations, and report/dashboard development • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment • Acumatica certifications preferred (but not required) Benefits • Competitive salary + performance bonus • Remote-first culture with a collaborative, supportive team • Opportunity to work on diverse projects with SMB and mid-market clients • Join a respected Acumatica partner with strong market momentum • Clear career growth path as the company continues to expand Company Overview • twentyAI is a recruiting firm that offers hiring services to the financial service and information technology sectors.
