Graphic Designer (InDesign & Illustrator)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing education brand with ongoing design projects.
You’ll work on assets such as media kits, guides, workbooks, lesson plans, tip sheets, and lead magnets.
You’ll be working within an established brand system and collaborating closely with our Creative Director and Project Manager.
What You’ll Do
Design and update multi-page documents in Adobe InDesign
Create and manage linked assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe CC Libraries
Apply existing brand styles and templates consistently
Prepare polished, print-ready and digital-ready files
Deliver drafts for review and implement feedback accurately
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with InDesign (styles, templates, multi-page documents)
Experience using Adobe CC Libraries
Media kit or workbook design experience
High attention to detail and comfort working in structured design systems
Ability to jump in confidently without needing training on the tools
Nice-to-Have
Experience with education or professional development materials
Illustration background
Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
Experience with Illustrator
How We Work
Contract, part-time, project-based
Clear deadlines and expectations per project
One designer works in files at a time (to avoid conflicts)
Initial project-based contract with potential for ongoing hourly work
