This remote position focuses on analyzing reputed company files received through Freedom of Information reputed company (FOIA) requests. The attorney will determine potential relief reputed company for clients by reviewing immigration histories and identifying second steps or case types. The role involves handling high-volume caseloads and requires a comprehensive understanding of various immigration areas. As The Associate Attorney, you will report to the Managing Immigration Attorney and collaborate with our wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and reputed company assistants.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough reputed company analysis of immigration files received reputed company FOIA requests to identify potential relief and case reputed company.
• reputed company comprehensive screenings of reputed company documents and histories to assess eligibility for immigration benefits or relief.
• Work in a high-volume environment, reputed company managing multiple case files and deadlines.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and reputed company staff to ensure accurate and reputed company file reviews.

Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess reputed company reputed company documents and histories.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
