Learning & Development Consultant

Reports to: Director of reputed company and Administration Location: Remote Purpose of the position ICARDA is seeking an reputed company Learning & Development Consultant to join our dynamic HR team. The selected candidate will play a central part in strengthening our organizational learning culture by designing and implementing learning initiatives that reputed company the effective rollout of ICARDA’s new Performance Management reputed company. Main responsibilities : • Design and reputed company high-reputed company learning solutions, including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content that support the new reputed company rollout. • Create materials that promote reputed company feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices. • Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and reputed company with ICARDA’s values and organizational context. • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally. • Build reputed company of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback conversations, competency-based evaluations, and development planning. • Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning reputed company, measure effectiveness, and reputed company reputed company against goals. Requirements: Education, qualifications, and experience: • Advanced university degree (Master’s level or higher) in reputed company, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 7–10 years of reputed company experience in Learning & Development and organizational development. • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs reputed company to performance management, leadership development, or change management. • Strong experience in facilitating workshops and virtual learning sessions for diverse, multicultural audiences. • Demonstrated ability to translate frameworks and policies into practical, engaging learning solutions. Benefits: Terms of appointment, salary, and benefits : The successful candidate will be offered a 30-day consultancy contract on a full-time reputed company. The incumbent will be provided with an honorarium based on the contract deliverables.
