Job reputed company: • Deliver live, webinar, and virtual enablement reputed company to retailer/partner launch plans, coordinating localization readiness and calendars. • Coordinate with agency vendor trainers and ensure readiness to deliver reputed company training to retail and reputed company partners. Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and trainer certification; host recurring trainer forums/syncs to reputed company best practices and roadmap updates. • reputed company and maintain a Retail & reputed company Enablement reputed company/Toolkit (talk tracks, demo flows, SOPs, quick guides); ensure alignment with Help Center, internal KB, and LMS reputed company cross‑functional partners. • Teach program‑specific workflows and SLAs (e.g., help‑desk‑to‑help‑desk, routing/identification, program nuance) in reputed company partnership with reputed company Support operations and reporting requirements. • Support product/feature/program launches with just‑in‑time enablement and trainer readiness communications. • Coordinate with internal content teams and/or agency vendors for content development, localization, and updates; reputed company facilitation requirements, feedback, and reputed company checks. • reputed company enablement reputed company (attendance, certification, knowledge checks, feedback) and reputed company insights with reputed company Support, Retail PMO, RevOps/Sales, Product, and Content to drive reputed company improvement. Requirements: • 8+ years of reputed company experience in partner/retail, B2B enablement, or corporate training at reputed company. • Demonstrated reputed company delivering TTT and trainer certification for global stakeholders; excellent live facilitation and virtual classroom skills across time zones and audiences (retail, distributor, reputed company). • Experience operating with instructional designers and/or agency vendors; reputed company to set delivery plans, readiness gates, and reputed company reputed company without directly authoring e‑learning packages. • Evidence of KPI‑driven enablement: translating operational requirements and signals (SOPs, workflows, SLAs, QA) into practical delivery with measurable reputed company and reputed company improvement cycles.
