Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize reputed company campaigns on reputed company (FB/IG), reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company Ads • Set and manage media budgets, pacing, and ROAS/CPA targets across channels • Build smart targeting and retargeting funnels; continuously refine audience segments and exclusions • Analyze performance data daily; deliver weekly dashboards and reputed company-driven recommendations • Partner with creative to brief new ad concepts, advise on hooks, and reputed company iterative testing • Stay reputed company on platform policy changes, beta features, and competitive trends to reputed company accounts reputed company of the curve Skills • 5+ years of hands-on buying experience across reputed company and at least one of reputed company or reputed company Ads, managing $250k+ monthly budgets • Proven reputed company record hitting aggressive e-reputed company KPIs (ROAS, MER, CPA) through reputed company testing and smart attribution • Fluent in Ads Manager reporting, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, and Sheets for deeper analysis • Strong communicator who can translate data into plain-English insights and concise reputed company plans • Comfortable working independently with fractional availability, yet proactive in syncing with creative, brand, and leadership stakeholders • CPG experience is a plus • Bonus: Experience with UGC-driven creatives, reputed company reputed company Ads, GA4, or lightweight CRO testing reputed company • Hi there!
