About the position Field Marketing Specialist – St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker is the #1 residential reputed company estate brokerage in St. Louis, MO, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support local reputed company estate agents by helping them build their business using Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading programs and technology products. This position plays an important role by helping protect reputed company’s brand image and showcasing our unique reputed company for agents (our “reputed company 4”). Responsibilities • Working with reputed company managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents who need strategic marketing and brand support • Consulting with agents on personal marketing strategies, through group and individual sessions, while showcasing our reputed company 4 (agent production, coaching, culture and helping them build personal reputed company) • Helping reputed company estate sales agents create a digital marketing reputed company using reputed company media (organic and reputed company advertising), building an impactful online profile, and promoting their online customer testimonials • Conducting an annual review of agents’ “digital scorecard” to measure their online reputed company and identify opportunities for improvement • Providing issue reputed company and one-on-one assistance to agents as needed • Preparing a monthly calendar of educational and training opportunities and promoting/presenting marketing workshops in-office and online on multiple marketing reputed company topics. • Supporting multiple offices in the region by attending and presenting at group and one-on-one meetings, assisting with awards and recognition initiatives, and representing offices in community reputed company and company charitable events • Reaching out to and assisting office staff with newly affiliated reputed company estate agents in getting reputed company and set up for reputed company • Preparing personalized reputed company presentations as requested for VIP agents and participating in the presentation with the reputed company manager • Working with the creative team to create and manage local reputed company and ad campaigns • Attending and participating in regional marketing meetings and/or training sessions • Communicating regularly with the Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on key initiatives, challenges, and regional activity • Submitting consistent competitive intelligence samples to the reputed company intelligence portal • Staying on top of reputed company issues, rules, industry regulations and protocols reputed company to marketing, such as acceptable Fair Housing language; national, state and local Association of REALTORS® requirements; MLS and reputed company Coldwell Banker identity standards Requirements • 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred) • Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn new tools quickly • Basic knowledge of reputed company reputed company media campaign development • Strong presentation, writing and reputed company-speaking skills • Ability to effectively prioritize work, consistently meet deadlines and follow-up on reputed company items to ensure a reputed company and acceptable closure • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to follow direction with solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally • Solid understanding of basic design principles reputed company marketing best practices • Prior CRM integration experience • Experience working effectively reputed company a multi-functional and multi-location environment • Ability to, and an environment conducive for, work from home a day or two a week • Weekly local travel to multiple assigned offices throughout St. Louis reputed company-to-haves • reputed company estate industry experience a plus.
