Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our team has the insights they need to make informed decisions. * **Customer Contract Review:** You'll review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements, ensuring that our records in Okta databases are accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to analyze complex information and identify potential issues will be invaluable to our team. * **Customer Marketing Account Repository:** You'll maintain and report on our Customer Marketing account repository within Asana, ensuring that our team has access to the information they need to manage customer relationships effectively. * **Team Document Management:** You'll organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, actively proposing efficiencies to streamline operations. Your ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for improvement will be essential to our team's success. * **Project Management:** You'll project manage customer marketing programs, including coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, staffing, content routing for customer approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines will be critical to our team's success. **About You:** We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to join our team.
