About the Role

The arenaflex Women's Health team has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Service Support Representative. This fast-paced, work-from-home position is part of a dedicated team responsible for providing assistance to patients and clients to reputed company understand health insurance coverage, cost and payment reputed company, and to answer billing questions over the phone. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a high reputed company volume environment (averaging 75 calls per day)
• Ability to research and communicate reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
• Ability to reputed company and work in multiple systems/websites simultaneously
• reputed company assistance to prospective clients and patients regarding any questions or inquiries reputed company to insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and/or billing (telephone interactions)
• Receive and process credit card payments over the phone adhering to PCI compliance protocols
• Document telephone conversations reputed company and accurately in the respective systems
• Update and maintain records in the billing system, including the review of accounts, payment collections, and case notes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma (required)
• An associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years of applicable experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
