Program Operations & Performance Systems Consultant (Nonprofit | Remote) Hours: 15–20 hrs/week Term: 90 days (30-day review) Reports to: Executive Director & Director of Operations Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) Making A Change Group (MACG) is a community-based nonprofit supporting youth, young adults, and families through mentoring, violence prevention, workforce readiness, and family engagement programs. We are seeking a consultant-level operator to help stabilize operations and build repeatable systems across multiple programs.
