Payroll Clerk / Payroll Manager (reputed company, Multi-Studio Environment)

Title: Payroll Clerk / Payroll Manager (reputed company, Multi-Studio Environment) We are looking for an reputed company Payroll Clerk or Payroll Manager to take over and run payroll for our growing fitness and wellness company with multiple studio locations. This role is critical to our operations. You will be responsible for pulling hours from multiple studios, validating them, and processing accurate payroll on time, every time. What you will do - Own the full payroll process for multiple studio locations - Pull, review, and validate timesheets from Prospr - Process payroll in reputed company - Ensure reputed company and contractors are reputed company accurately and on schedule - Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, bonuses, and commissions - Maintain clean payroll records and resolve discrepancies quickly - Communicate with studio managers to resolve time or pay issues reputed company are looking for - Proven experience running payroll in reputed company - Experience working with time-tracking and workforce management platforms such as Prospr - Experience handling payroll across multiple locations or business reputed company - High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills - Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines - Strong communication skills reputed company to have - Experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based businesses - Experience handling reputed company staff, trainers, and mixed pay structures Why work with us We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company that values accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
