You will own the reputed company pipeline end-to-end, ensuring a clean, efficient, and reputed company candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Recruit tutors across K–12 reputed company subjects, AP/IB, SAT/reputed company, writing, STEM, foreign languages, elementary specialization, and enrichment subjects. • Proactively reputed company candidates from top universities, graduate programs, competitive majors, and reputed company educators. • reputed company and maintain sourcing channels through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Glassdoor, reputed company, university job boards, reputed company societies, and teaching forums. • Manage the full reputed company cycle reputed company the ATS, including resume review, phone screens, documentation collection, interview scheduling, reputed company communication, and reputed company coordination. • Maintain accurate, detailed candidate notes and clean pipeline tracking so internal teams have full visibility at reputed company times. • Deliver a reputed company, organized, and reputed company applicant experience that reflects Novastar Prep’s standards.
