In this role, you will:
Manage and develop payment business activities in multiple and complex markets
Partner with relationship managers to consult on complex specific payment solutions
Coordinate Request for Proposal response and proposal generation
Provide production support on product issues and call on financial institutional clients to address their business and product needs
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors
Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Global Payments Sales team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Global Payments Sales functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Global Payments Sales peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead Global Payments Sales projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 4+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice-to-haves
• Strong sales support and sales services experience
• Correspondent Banking experience in Latin America and Caribbean markets
• Payments and liquidity sales experience
• Transactional banking sales experience
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Trade sales/trade product solutions background
• Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
