[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Analyst - MAC

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst to work in the Medical Authorization Centre, where the role involves handling incoming requests from reputed company and ensuring accurate processing of authorization requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests reputed company to health care benefits, program eligibility, and other general inquiries
• Are committed to reputed company in customer service; providing the highest level of dedication in reputed company service areas
• Liaise directly with medical consultant(s) and health care professionals for clarifications on requests

• The ability to review, analyze and process requests from health care professionals as per established reputed company

• In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (reputed company Level B). This includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record reputed company, Credit reputed company and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent reputed company or Citizenship Status
